Vouchers purchased from Patrick Ryan Photography cannot be refunded for cash.
All Vouchers can be used to offset or pay for a product or a service provided by Patrick Ryan Photography.
Under Consumer Protection Act 2019 (Gift Vouchers), there is a 5-year minimum expiry date for all vouchers sold after 2 December 2019.
Under the new rules, gift vouchers must either: Have no expiry date, or must be valid for at least 5 years from the date the gift voucher is issued.
All Patrick Ryan Photography Vouchers can be redeemed from up to 5 years of the purchase date.
This applies to vouchers purchased before Consumer Protection Act 2019.
The booking of dates is to be secured by payment of a €500. This is a non refundable administration/booking fee.
This fee covers work and expenses incurred in advance of the event.
These include; accounting, insurance, vat, prsi, liaising with venues/vendors to maximise photographic opportunity, maintenance of equipment, correspondence with the client, ups-killing and the consultation process with the Client.
This booking fee guarantees the date for the client and ensures the commitment of both Patrick Ryan Photography and Client to the event taking place.
Patrick Ryan Photography agrees to engage with the Client in a situation where a date needs to be rescheduled under certain circumstances (including death/miscarriage, serious illness, pandemic).
In these cases, the booking fee can be transferred to a new date subject to Patrick Ryan Photographies availability. In the event where a rescheduled date is not possible, Patrick Ryan Photography will advise the Client on alternative recommended media options and the administration/ booking fee will not be returned.
Full and final payment for the event must be made by the Client via bank transfer or cash payment a minimum of 24 hours before the event date unless agreed upon in advance by Patrick Ryan Photography and otherwise stated.
If the Patrick Ryan Photography cancels the date, they will be liable for the cost of any replacement act brought in by the Client to the value of the agreed upon package. In the event of illness/accident to one or more members of the Patrick Ryan Photography, and an original certificate (supplied by a general practitioner) is presented to the Client, Patrick Ryan Photography will be allowed to bring in replacement photographers to a high professional standard. In this event, the Client reserves the right to commission a general practitioner, of their choosing to verify any illness or injury.
In the event of death to any member directly associated with this contract, it becomes null/void and must be renegotiated to reflect the changed circumstances.
All photographic images are the property and copyright of Patrick Ryan Photography.
Where stated, these images can be used for social, commercial and personal use.
Any photographic image taken from our website or social platform without permission from Patrick Ryan Photography is in breach of Copyright law.
Patrick Ryan Photography may often use photographs taken to advertise and promote their business, however these photographs will only be used when it is agreed upon by the Client and Patrick Ryan Photography.
The client has the right to refuse to Patrick Ryan Photography rights to use they’re images for financial gain.
